It also no smell and contained a taste of cooling sweetness.sobitol is about 50%-70% as sweet as sucrose and contains the same heat value.as a sweetener does not cause dental caries,It can be used as a sugar replacement in various applications.

Dosage and storage：

Sorbitol as a food sweetener, the recommended dosage and limit is as follows: cool drinks for 1%-3%, protein in about 3%, chocolate for about 4%. The maximum dosage of sorbitol is 40g/kg, but it generally does not reach that high value, if excessive internal administration can cause diarrhea and digestive disorders. This product is easy to absorb moisture and should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse with a relative humidity of no more than 60%.
